Notes:
- One kit provides enough reagent for 48 tests plus filter paper, sample transfer sticks and collection tubes
- This kit requires a thermal cycler (mini8 or mini16 depending upon your requirements) and pro fluorescence viewer
- You will also require a 20-200uL micropipette and tips, plus - optional but recommended - tube rack, PCR rack and microcentrifuge
