Returns Policy
Southern Biological will only accept returns for a one week period following purchase if the goods are unopened, fit for resale and not damaged or altered in any way. This is assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to returning the item/s to discuss the process involved.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or for non-stock / special order items.
Returns will also be accepted when covered by a manufacturer guarantee for manufacturing faults or defects only, this doesn't cover general wear and tear.
