Preparing TBE buffer:

• TBE Buffer Solution for gel electrophoresis of DNA is a 20X concentrate of 100mL volume that should be diluted to produce a working buffer solution.
• To prepare your 1x working solution, redissolve any precipitated salts that may be present by warming the concentrate, then dilute the 20x concentrate by a factor of 20.
