Algal photosynthesis kit uses algae that has been immobilised in an alginate gel to study the process of photosynthesis.

Kit includes:  

• 1 x vial containing 500 algal balls (Chlorella)
• 40 x empty vials (5mL volume) for experimental use
• 1 x bottle (500mL) of Hydrogen Carbonate indicator working solution.
• 100 x plastic pipettes
• 1 x set of downloadable explanatory notes and experimental suggestions (see below)

Note:

• Upon receipt, open the box and leave the algal balls on the bench for light and loosen the lid for air.
• For best results, use the algal balls as soon as possible, but in any case within 2 weeks of receipt.
