Description: L4.20 is a culture jar containing a variety of microscopic and macroscopic organisms, along with some pond weed species. The microscopic specimens which may be present include: Paramecium, Euglena, Rotifers, Stentor, Chlorella, Chlamydomonas. The macroscopic specimens possibly present include: Aquatic worms, Planaria (flat worms), Ostracods, Backswimmers, Daphnia, Leeches, Damselfly Nymphs. The Pond Weed species present include: Duckweed, Azolla, Spirogyra.

Notes: As soon as your culture arrives unscrew the lid of the jar to allow air flow. Do not aerate the culture with a pipette. Store in a larger container at room temperature (approx. 21° C), away from direct sunlight.
