Perfect Solution® is Carolina Biological's revolutionary new fixative for preserved specimens that is dramatically improving the quality of classroom dissection exercises.  This innovative process is not based on traditional preserving methods involving formalin, so Perfect Solution® is the ideal alternative when fresh or frozen specimens are not available.

Perfect Solution® rats are ideal for exploring mammalian anatomy.  The fully developed mature specimens allow examination of skeletal, muscular and reproductive structures, as well as organ systems such as digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems.

Perfect Solution® specimens retain their natural internal colour and texture, which makes them ideal for student use.  Identifying parts of interest is much easier when they look more life-like.

Perfect Solution® rats are supplied in individual sealed bags.  They are safe to use and are not subject to hazardous materials regulations or disposal restrictions.

Double injected rats have the arterial system injected with red latex, with a second injection of blue latex in systemic veins.
