Bromophenol Blue

Xylene Cyanol

Loading Buffer/Dye Solution, 2x concentration, 1mL

Contains 10% glycerol, 2mM EDTA, 0.1% Bromophenol Blue (leading dye) and 0.1% Xylene Cyanol (trailing dye).  Mix with an equal volume of liquid to reduce to a concentration of 1x.

Note:  This preparation is not required when using prepared DNA samples MC42.20 to MC42.60 since these DNA samples are supplied pre-mixed with the required amount of loading buffer and dyes.
