BioEd Gel Electrophoresis Chamber, complete

Made from high quality, clear, scratch resistant acrylic polymer that allows students to observe every step of the process.  Each complete chamber includes:

• Power leads connected to an interlocking safety lid.  This means the power will be disconnected should anyone attempt to remove the lid during electrophoresis.

• Gel casting tray for reliable casting of agarose or plain agar gels, with provision for central or end location of the comb.  Positioning the comb centrally is useful when separating differently charged species such as certain dyes.

• A sturdy comb for 8 wells per gel.

• Platinum electrodes for an ultra-long and reliable service life.

Chamber outer dimensions: 195mm x 85mm x 65mm (LxWxH).

Produces gels that are 100mm long x 70mm wide.
