Helicobacter pylori neck tie, black/red

Helicobacter pylori ("ulcers") is a gram negative bacterium associated with chronic abdominal gastritis and duodenal ulcers.  Historically, "ulcers" were linked to stress, and only recently discovered to be related to infection.  Treatment now centres on anti-microbial therapy.  Then again, maybe your boss still has something to do with it!
