How To Order

Placing an order is as simple as contacting us with details of your requirements:

  • We accept orders placed by mail, phone, fax and email.

  • Packaging and delivery are chargeable at cost.  Please specify your exact delivery address and, if necessary, your department location.  We will select a carrier to suit.  Notify us if you would prefer to have your own carrier pick up the goods.

  • Invoices will accompany each delivery.

  • Account customers must provide an official order number.

Shipping can be a significant cost.  Check our tips on minimising the cost of shipping.

Not sure if the item you have selected will meet your requirements?  Sometimes, purchasing "On Approval" is the answer.

GST applies only to Australian customers

Prices are subject to alteration without notice

  
Payment:  

Payment of accounts is due within 30 days of invoice date

  
Claims:  

Please detail any claims for damages or short deliveries within 7 days of receipt of goods

  
Returns:  

Contact us prior to returning goods.  Without prior written approval from Southern Biological, return freight charges are the responsibility of the sender.  Returned goods may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
