We understand that it is not always possible to know in advance if a product will meet all your needs.  To assist you, we are happy to provide some categories of goods on approval.  Here's how it works:

Place your order in the usual way, but write "on approval" against the items you would like to evaluate.  We will supply with an invoice, but you may return any unsuitable items within ten days for a credit on your account.  You just pay for the freight and any items you decide to keep.  If you would like assistance with choosing a reliable and cost effective return freight service, please contact us.  If you need more time, please let us know in advance as delayed returns may incur a restocking fee.

To avoid complications, please retain all original packaging and ensure both the goods and their packaging are returned in "as new" condition.  We suggest you contact us for advice on packing the goods for return.

We are sure you will understand that any damages or losses will mean we cannot accept a return of the goods.  Naturally, in the case of books, videos and computer software, copyright must be strictly observed.

Please note that we are unable to credit the cost of freight for delivery of the goods, and sale on approval cannot be applied to perishable items.
